Abstract

The invention relates to a prevention and control method for reducing poison of alcohol and lactic acid in an intensive tobacco leaf baking process, which belongs to the technical field of blending of cured tobacco. The method comprises the following steps of: a, picking tobacco leaves in the morning of a clear day or rainless cloudy day, and not spraying water before the tobacco leaves are charged into a furnace; b, controlling tobacco loading density to be between 35 kg / m<3> and 45 kg / m<3>; c, controlling relative humidity of air in a curing barn to be between 90 percent and 75 percent and keeping the tobacco leaves at the temperature of 38 DEGC for 36 to 48 hours in a yellowing period; d, controlling the dry-bulb temperature to be between 51 DEG C and 53 DEG C and the wet-bulb temperature to be between 40 DEG C and 41 DEG C, and baking for 24 to 36 hours in a leaf drying period; and e, keeping a dehumidifying door slightly open by 2 to 3 percent in an entire tobacco leaf baking process, wherein the maximum opening of an air inlet door accounts for 70 percent of the total opening.
