The four main materials have the functions of coordinating flavour, and enhancing the concentration, the mass and the quantity of flavour, wherein the flavour of tobacco extract is selected as required, so as to enhance the flavour of tobacco sheet, the deoxyfructosazine and keto-isophorone are used for regulating the acid-base equilibrium and the flavour, inhibiting stimulation, and enshrouding mixed gas; the caramel balm is used for enhancing flavour and regulating colour. Compared with the check sample, the quantity of flavour and the softness are enhanced, the mixed gas and the stimulation are decreased and the comfort for oral cavity is improved.

The invention relates to a method for extracting a tobacco aroma substance from tobacco raw materials in a directional and combined manner by using a water extraction method and a supercritical CO2 extraction method. The method comprises the steps of (1) directionally extracting a polar aroma substance from tobacco by the water extraction method; (2) directionally extracting a nonpolar aroma substance from the tobacco by the supercritical CO2 extraction method; (3) mixing the polar aroma substance and the nonpolar aroma substance, wherein the proportioning ratio of the polar aroma substance to the nonpolar aroma substance is 1000: (0.1-5). According to the method, the used tobacco raw materials are tobacco leaves, cut tobaccos or wastes, such as tobacco powder, tobacco ash or tobacco stems of tiny grains, generated during tobacco processing, so that the waste is changed into the valuable, and the pollution to the environment is reduced; a water extraction tobacco concentrate and a supercritical CO2 tobacco extract are mixed in an appropriate ratio, and a composite aroma material is sprayed to reconstituted tobacco, so that the quality of the reconstituted tobacco is improved, the aroma amount is increased, the aroma charm is improved, the natural tobacco aroma is set off, the smoke dryness is lowered, the smoke-induced saliva secretion feeling is enhanced, and the degree of comfort of cigarette is increased.
