system comprises a power monitoring unit used for collecting real-time power parametersof equipment, a temperature and 
humidity monitoring unit, a central 
control unit, a cooling and radiating circulation unit and a controllable 
water curtain heat preservation unit, wherein the temperature and 
humidity monitoring unit is used for collecting real-time temperature and 
humidity parameters outside the room, in the cooling and radiating circulation unit, in the controllable water curtainheat preservation unit and in the room; the central 
control unit is used to predict the temperature and humidity of the room and output a control command to the cooling and radiating circulation unitor / and the controllable 
water curtain heat preservation unit; the cooling and radiating circulation unit is used for executing the control command of the central 
control unit and adjusting the temperature and humidity of the room; and the controllable 
water curtain heat preservation unit is used for executing the control command of the central control unit and adjusting the temperature of the room. According to the 
system, the temperature and humidity of the data room can be dynamically adjusted in real time, so that the effects of intelligent adjustment control, 
trend prediction, energy saving management, 
energy consumption reduction, operation cost reduction and the like are achieved.
