Abstract

The assay kit can detect multiple proteins which are expressed differentially and are in urine samples of patients suffering from hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Information of the above multiple proteins expressed differentially can be as a basis for the research of pathogenesis of preeclampsia nephropathy proteinuria, and provides a clue for the search of biomarkers utilized for an early diagnosis and a forecast of preeclampsia nephropathy.
