A double close-loop control mode is adopted in the invention, wherein the inner ring is a voltage ring which is used for providing energy feedforward for controlling the direct-current end voltage stabilization and restraining zero-sequence current perturbance; and the outer ring is a current ring which is used for controlling the output current of the parallel-connection active power filter.
