A material is preheated and then enters into the disk for polishing and pre-spraying; then the discharged material entersinto the drum, wherein a curing agent spraying tube is arranged at the material inlet end of the drum and connected with a curing agent metering and spraying device; and the material is sprayed by a curing agent in the drum and cured and then discharged and packaged.
