The openable-closeable ventilation device is arranged on the upper part of the platform safety door to form a closing state and a ventilating state for a platform rail interval. The openable-closeable ventilation device comprises a plurality of strip-shaped ventilation openings; a plurality of electric air valves are arranged in the ventilation openings; and ventilation shutters are arranged on the outside surfaces of the ventilation openings. The openable-closable ventilation device matched with the urban rail transit platform safety door has the advantages that: when air conditioners are used in summer, the closing state for the platform rail interval is formed by closing the electric air valves; and in non-air-conditioning seasons, the ventilating state is formed by opening the electric air valves.
