The inclined crawler belt draws the tuna hooks through the forked plectrums; the wound is treated by the bloodletting machine during the traveling process for bloodletting; after the bloodletting is finished during subsequent hanging traveling process, the hook-disassembling machine finishes the disassembling of the tuna hooks, and the tuna body is unhooked automatically.
