livestock slaughtering equipment. The device includes a rotary slaughtering box with a head extension opening inside. A
head and neck fixing mechanism is installed on the rotary slaughtering box at the head extension opening. The
head and neck fixing mechanism includes a restraining frame, a spray box, an inner inclined box, an arc box, an outer inclined box, a slaughtering knife mechanism, and a
pneumatic cylinder. The
head and neck fixing mechanism has a slaughtering
station and a
cleaning station: at the slaughtering
station, the
pneumatic cylinder drives the slaughtering knife mechanism to extend upwards, simultaneously causing the outer inclined box to contact the inclined surface of the inner inclined box upwards to form a seal, preventing blood splashing and waste. This invention, through the
clutch switching of the inner and outer inclined boxes, achieves closed cleaning of the
livestock's neck before slaughter, closed anti-splash
blood collection during slaughter, and linked closed cleaning of the slaughtering knife after slaughter, effectively improving the
blood collection rate and the
hygiene and safety level of the meat.
