Embodiment Construction

[0013] figure 1 The bracket comprises a main board 1 comprising a first side 2 and a second side 3 joined at a corner 4 resulting in a right-angled edge or having another angle value. The sides 2 and 3 are also joined by a stiffening rib 5 which is pressed against them by two edges 6 , 7 . Connection is made by soldering. One side 2 is a flange, which includes bolts 8, for connection to a structure 9 of an aeronautical device, and the second side 3 is a bracket, which in this embodiment carries a collar 10 and a clip 11, which 11 with two opposing spring plates to hold cables or tubes 12.

Abstract

A bracket for auxiliary equipment of a device, such as cables or pipes, includes a single metal plate that has been cut and then folded, forming elbow connections between the console, a support for attaching equipment, a flange for fastening to the device, and two intermediate ribs. The closed, or nearly closed, outline of the bracket and the parallel or convergent ribs form a trapezium and provide satisfactory transmission and satisfactory distribution of the efforts: the bracket is robust although it has been manufactured from quite a thin plate. The bracket, for example, finds application to aeronautics, to support, for example, a supply of electricity and fluids to engines.

Description

technical field [0001] The subject of the invention is a bracket for aeronautical equipment made of a single piece. Background technique [0002] Aeronautical installations, such as turbines, generally include around them a number of auxiliary equipment, notably power lines and cables carrying signals and commands, as well as fluid transfer ducts, which must be fixed in close proximity to the installation. Elbow brackets are commonly used, with one side bolted to the structure of the unit and the other end carrying cables, tubing, and other elements via collars, pairs of spring disks, or other means. Since these brackets are usually made of bent metal plates, they are poorly rigid and must be reinforced by ribs attached to the sides edges of said plates. The ribs are traditionally continuous welded or spot welded to the plate, with the disadvantage of greatly increasing the manufacturing time and cost of these brackets. Contents of the invention [0003] The main object ...
