The cooling device, which contains fluid medium, is arranged at one side of the temperature difference generating assembly and is contacted with the cold end of the temperature difference generating assembly; moreover, the cooling device enables the cold end of the temperature difference generating assembly to be cooled by circulating the fluid medium as well as thermal fluid medium is generated for utilization.
