The bottom is favorable for gathering impurities in fuel to the lowest position under the effect of gravity, the fuel holding device is positioned at the lowest position of the bottom, and the impurities can be discharged conveniently. The through grooves are favorable for gathering impurities in various fuel chambers to the lowest position of the bottom, and when liquid level of the fuel is lower than through holes of the partition boards, fuel in the fuel chambers can flow back and forth through the through grooves.
