Abstract

The invention discloses a health drink. The health drink is characterized by comprising the following materials in parts by weight: 5-15g of gypsum, 3-8g of processed radix aconiti carmichaeli, 2-6g of cinnamon, 2-6g of dried ginger, 3-8g of raw liquorice, 0.1-0.3g of vitamin AD, 0.5-1g of aspartame, 0.2-0.5g of food flavour, and 900-1300g of pure water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding 300 g of pure water to the processed radix aconiti carmichaeli, cinnamon, dried ginger and raw liquorice for soaking one week; heating up for boiling once every day when the air temperature is below 10 DEG C; heating up for boiling the mixture for three times every day when the air temperature is higher than 20 DEG C; filtering the soak solution; smashing the gypsum and passing the smashed gypsum through a 2500-mesh sieve, and finally uniformly mixing, sterilizing and packaging the filtered soak solution, gypsum, vitamin AD, aspartame, food flavour and pure water to obtain the health drink.
