Abstract
The invention relates to an anti-pollution drain-off system for cleaning-sterilizing sewers in aseptic manufacturing processes and applications thereof. A sewer discharge interface and a condensate water discharge interface of a sewer pipeline and a condensate water pipeline located in an aseptic production area are respectively controlled by a sewer valve and a condensate water valve. The drain-off system is characterized in that the sewer discharge interface and the condensate water discharge interface are both connected with a sewage discharge outlet of equipment or a room or an appliance in the aseptic production area through hoses; and the sewer pipeline and the condensate water pipeline are respectively provided with a check valve. According to the invention, the microbial pollution threats of a sewer system to aseptic production areas and aseptic production equipment and the serious microbial pollution caused by that air in sewers enters into the sterile areas because of valve leakage or misoperations to air and products in sterile areas are effectively avoided.
