The method comprises the following steps of: extracting the instructions and the service numbers in the uplink information of a user as the sorting information of the user; according to the sorting information of the user, matching the sorting information of the user by the matching rules from highest priority to lowest to obtain the corresponding priority of the user; and sorting the uplink information to the application logic corresponding to the matched priority.
