[0019] Attached below figure 1 Description and Examples describe the present invention in further detail:

[0020] Demonstration model of pulmonary ventilation dysfunction, which includes thoracic model 4, thoracic central airway model 1, intrathoracic central airway model 3, thoracic cavity model 5, alveolar model 6, airway foreign body model 2, 9, atelectasis model 12 , pleural effusion model 10, pleural effusion model 11 and diaphragm model 8. The extrathoracic central airway model 1 is located outside the thoracic model 4, the intrathoracic central airway model 3 and the alveolar model 6 are located in the thoracic model 4, and the intrathoracic central airway model 3 is divided into left and right bronchus 7 and connected to the side alveolar models respectively. Generally, foreign body models 2 and 9 are arranged on the external and intrathoracic central airway models 1 and 3 , and a pleural effusion model 10 and a pleural effusion model 11 are arranged between the atel...

Abstract

The invention discloses a model for demonstrating pulmonary ventilation disfunction and relates to a pathophysiology training aid. The model for demonstrating pulmonary ventilation disfunction comprises a thorax model, a thoracic central airway model, an intrathoracic central airway model, a thoracic cavity model, a pulmonary alveoli model, a diaphragm muscle model, airway foreign body models, a pulmonary atelectasis model, a pleural effusion model, an aerothorax model and a diaphragm muscle model, wherein the thoracic central airway model is positioned outside the thorax model, the intrathoracic central airway model and the pulmonary alveoli model are positioned in the thorax model, the intrathoracic central airway model is downwards divided into a left bronchus and a right bronchus which are respectively communicated with the pulmonary alveoli model, the thoracic central airway model and the intrathoracic central airway model are provided with the airway foreign body models, and the pleural effusion model and the aerothorax model are arranged between the pulmonary atelectasis model and the thorax model. The diaphragm muscle model is an elastic film. The model disclosed by the invention can be used for visually and vividly demonstrating the influence of obstructive hypoventilation and restrictive hypoventilation on respiratory failure.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical teaching aid, in particular to a demonstration model for simulating pulmonary ventilation dysfunction. Background technique [0002] The teaching aid given in Chinese Patent No. 201120053542.7 "A Teaching Aid for Exploring Lung Respiration Movement" can only explore the physiology of lung respiration movement, but does not involve the demonstration of pulmonary ventilation dysfunction under pathological conditions. The task of the present invention is to provide a demonstration model of pulmonary ventilation dysfunction, which can simulate obstructive ventilation disorder caused by external and intrathoracic central airway obstruction, and restrictive ventilation deficiency caused by pleural effusion and pleural gas. Contents of the invention [0003] The present invention provides a demonstration model of pulmonary ventilation dysfunction aiming at the existing lack of exploration of pulmonary ventilation dysfuncti...
