A flow-guiding through hole with a preset through-flow area is formed on the piston, and the middle cavity is communicated with a water inlet through the flow-guiding through hole. One end of the piston towards the sealing seat is provided with a sealing element. When flow of the water inlet is smaller than a preset value, the sealing element is separated from the sealing seat; when the flow of the water inlet is larger than the preset value, the sealing element positioned on the piston is in contact seal with the sealing seat; and when the block valve is closed, automatic reset of the piston can be achieved.
