Abstract

The invention discloses a paper keeping device. The paper keeping device (100, 200) comprises a base (102, 202), two post members (104, 204) fixed on the base (102, 202), two arch members (106, 206) combined with the base so as to pivot with respect to the post members, and a lever element (114, 214) capable of pivoting with respect to the base. The arch members are connected with each other through a cranked lever (108, 208) so as to move synchronously; and the arch members can pivot between a closed position and an open position; at the closed position, the arch members are contacted with the post members to form two sealed rings; and at the open position, the arch members lose contact with the post members to open the rings. The lever can pivot between the first position of each closed ring and a second position of each opened ring, with respect to the base; and the lever comprises a toe member (126, 226); and when the lever is pivoted from the first position to the second position, the toe member enables the cranked lever to pivot far away from the base so as to enable the arch members to be pivoted to the open position.
