Embodiment Construction

[0015] Through research and actual investigation, it is found that the current winding methods for non-revolving bodies such as rectangular pipes are mostly based on the winding principle of rotating bodies such as circular pipes. When winding a rotating body such as a circular tube, the fiber direction changes gradually with the outer surface of the circular tube, and each point on the outer wall of the circular tube can be used as a fiber doffing point; when winding a rectangular tube, the fiber direction follows the outer surface of the rectangular tube. The surface change shows a stepwise mutation, and the doffing point is only the four edges of the rectangular mandrel. It can be seen that the yarn winding track is continuous when the circular tube is wound, but the yarn winding track is discontinuous when the rectangular tube is wound. The present invention is just to solve the linear design and implementation scheme specially proposed for the shape of the rectangular tub...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for winding a rectangular tube by glass reinforced plastic fibers. According to the discontinuity characteristic of doffing points in a rectangle winding process, during winding of each layer, the winding start position of every round in the same layer is staggered backwards for one yarn width from the start position of last round along the axis direction of a spindle. During winding of each even-number layer, the doffing point position of a yarn is in the middle of the yarn width of an odd-number layer, i.e., the middle of the yarn width of the even-number layer is rightly overlapped with the edge joint position of yarns of two adjacent rounds in the winding of the odd-number layer; and after the winding of the even-number layer is finished, during winding of a base layer, the doffing point position of a yarn is overlapped with the doffing point position of the yarn at the first layer. Shortcomings of yarn splitting and piling in rectangular tube winding are overcome excellently and the winding quality is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the design and implementation of rectangular tube winding trajectories in filament wound composite articles. Background technique [0002] As FRP materials and their products are widely used in various industries, its unique superior performance has been affirmed by various industries. For different industries, new products of FRP materials emerge in an endless stream. FRP has been widely used for its light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, long life, weather resistance, flame retardancy, and high temperature resistance. As various industries gradually increase the use of FRP products, the mechanical properties and molding process of FRP will face huge challenges. The forming process of FRP determines the shape and application prospect of FRP products. The mechanical performance requirements of FRP determine whether FRP can have a larger development space in industries with high mechanical performance requ...
