Abstract

A liquid crystal display (LCD) display device comprises a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal molecular layer, wherein the first substrate and the second substrate are oppositely arranged. The first substrate comprises a first shared electrode which is arranged on the inner side, relative to the second substrate, of the first substrate. The second substrate comprises a plurality of scanning lines and a plurality of data lines, and the scanning lines and the data lines are arranged on the inner side, relative to the first substrate, of the second substrate, and the scanning lines intersect with the data lines in an insulating mode. The scanning lines and the data lines define a plurality of subpixel areas. Each subpixel area comprises a switch element and a subpixel electrode.
