Abstract

The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps of: performing biomass fermentation, configuring the matrix according to components and performing steam sterilization. The flue-cured tobacco float breeding matrix has the advantages that the fermentation rice husks, the corn straws and the broomcorn straws in the matrix are used as the main components and are waste produced by processing the conventional crops; the substances are easily available and are low in production cost; moreover, the fermented rice husks, the dried corn straws and the broomcorn straws contain rich organic substances; and a demand of tobacco seedlings for nutritious components during growth process can be well met.
