The water discharging pipe is connected to two water ways controlled by the pure water valve core and the tap water hot and cold valve core. The different independent separated water ways are adopted for the tap water and the pure water and are controlled by the pure water valve core and the tap water hot and cold valve core, so that the filtered water is more purified. When warm water is used from the tap, the surface of the purifying valve core is flushed to guarantee the outer cleanness of the purifying valve core, and service life of the purifying valve core is prolonged; sewage in the purifying valve core can be drained through the blowdown valve and can be discharged out of the tap, and cleanness of the pure water is guaranteed.
