Abstract

The novel active drainage and drying technical device comprises seepage pipes, plastic connecting pipes, filter screens and steel nails. The seepage pipes are horizontally laid at positions lower than a base of the foundation, pores are formed in the upper half portions of the walls of the seepage pipes, crushed stone is piled in an area from the periphery of each seepage pipe to the ground, each filter screen is laid at a position where the periphery of the stone can be in contact with soil, the ends of the filter screens are fixed onto the base of the foundation by the steel nails, stone is laid on the periphery of each seepage pipe, then each seepage pipe is wrapped by the corresponding filter screen, stone with larger size covers each filter screen and forms a layer which is not thinner than 30 centimeters, the ends of the seepage pipes are connected with the plastic connecting pipes, and an air vent is formed at the end, which upwardly extends out of the ground, of each connecting pipe; the other end of each connecting pipe is downwardly connected to a water collecting well, so that water collected by the seepage pipes can be drained.
