Abstract

The invention provides a method for rapidly identifying the resistance of colletotricum destructivum, which belongs to a plant disease resistance identification technology. The method is characterized by immersing leaf disks by utilizing colletotrichum toxins and balancing the resistance of a material through measuring and counting a scab expansion degree; compared with a traditional method for identifying the manual inoculation resistance of the anthracnose, the method provided by the invention is carried out under a manually-controlled stable condition and incidence conditions are consistent; the method is simple in operation process, short in identification period and high in inoculation efficiency; the method can simultaneously and respectively identify the resistance to different pathogenic bacteria by the same material, and growth and development and flowering and fructification of normal seedlings are not influenced; the aim of simply, rapidly and accurately identifying the resistance to the anthracnose by tobaccos and germplasms of the tobaccos is realized in a high throughput manner; the method has a very great application value on screening the resistance of the colletotricum destructivum.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a plant disease resistance identification technology, in particular to a method for quickly identifying tobacco anthracnose resistance. Background technique [0002] Tobacco anthracnose is caused by Colletotricum destructivum, which belongs to the fungi kingdom (Fungi), Deuteromycotina, Coelomycetes, Melanconiales, Anthracnose (Colletotricum). The mycelium of the fungus has branches and septa, and conidia discs grow on the subsea, in which there are dark brown bristles with septa; Club-shaped, bearing conidia. The conidia are long tube-shaped, blunt at both ends, single cell, colorless, with an oil ball at each end. The hosts are mainly vegetables of the nightshade family, such as potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, tobacco leaves, etc., and they can also damage cucumbers, watermelons, pumpkins, and clover. [0003] Anthracnose is one of the main diseases of the middle and lower leaves of tobacco plants in the seedbed stage and ...
