Abstract

The invention discloses a cognition spectrum sensing device and a cognition spectrum sensing method on the basis of a DVB-T (Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial) frequency band. The cognition spectrum sensing device mainly comprises a scanning channel and a transmitting channel; the scanning channel is mainly used for carrying out spectrum sensing under the stepped frequency of 8Mhz on the DVB-T frequency band, analyzing the radio frequency environment and judging existence and appearance of an authorization user (i.e. a DVB-T user); and the transmitting channel is used for carrying out transmission on cognitive user data by utilizing an idle frequency band sensed by a spectrum. According to the invention, two self-adaptive dynamic spectrum switching modes are adopted and a user can control an upper computer to select the reasonable spectrum switching mode according to the requirements of a communication system, so that a result can be analyzed, parameters can be regulated, an avoidance strategy can be adopted and unbearable influence cannot be caused on the authorization user on the DVB-T frequency band.
