Embodiment 1

[0034] (1) Establish the relationship between the gray value of the single-band spectral image and the reflectance

[0035] 1-a. Collect the reference single-band spectral images of three diffuse reflectance standard plates at twelve characteristic wavelengths (each diffuse reflectance standard plate collects a reference single-band spectral image at each characteristic wavelength), and calculate each Gray value of a reference single-band image.

[0036] In the entire visible and near-infrared spectral range, the diffuse reflectance standard plates used correspond to reflectances of 99%, 75%, and 2%, respectively, such as figure 1 As shown, the diffuse reflectance of the three diffuse reflectance standards is different from each other in the entire visible and near-infrared spectral range, and for each diffuse reflectance standard, the reflectance at all wavelengths is the same.

[0037] 1-b. For each characteristic wavelength, linearly fit the gray value and reflectance of t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a hyperspectral imaging technology-based fish fat content distribution detection method. The method comprises the following steps of (1) acquiring single-band spectral images of fish to be detected at 12 characteristic wavelengths, wherein the 12 characteristic wavelengths are 956nm, 975nm, 1,033nm, 1,081nm, 1,129nm, 1,153nm, 1,205nm, 1,234nm, 1,282nm, 1,354nm, 1,522nm and 1,627nm respectively; (2) converting the single-band spectral images in the step (1) into reflectivity images according to a linear relationship between gray values of the single-band spectral images and reflectivity; (3) calculating fish fat content corresponding to each pixel in the reflectivity images of the fish according to a formula. According to the fish fat content distribution detection method, the detection accuracy is high and the detection time is short; not only is environmental pollution alleviated, but also the detection cost is lowered to a certain extent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of fat content detection, in particular to a method for detecting fish fat content distribution based on hyperspectral imaging technology. Background technique [0002] Hyperspectral imaging technology is a kind of integration of spectrum and image processing technology. It has the characteristics of spectrum and image at the same time, and can detect the scale accurately to the nanometer level. Due to these advantages, hyperspectral imaging technology has been used in the existing technology. It is widely used in many industries such as agriculture, food, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, feed, etc., especially has great application potential in the rapid detection and research of life information of agricultural products. [0003] Fat is an important part of fish, which can provide essential fatty acids for the human body. It is a nutrient rich in heat energy and can be used as the main source of heat energy for the hu...
