According to the superconducting magnet pressure release valve and the pressure release system, a compression resistance spring is replaced by a tension spring for conducting sealing, and therefore the problem of poor sealing performance caused when the rebound amount of the spring is not enough can be effectively solved, and the problem that the release system can not be effectively closed after releasing is completed is solved.
