Abstract

The invention relates to a nonspecific immunity compound preparation for indoor breeding flounder, and a use method thereof. The preparation is prepared by the following powdery effective components by weight: 0.25-0.35 kg of beta-glucan, 0.6-0.7 kg of rheum officinale, 0.23-0.33 kg of radix scutellariae, 0.42-0.52 kg of cortex phellodendri, 0.4-0.51 kg of andrographis paniculata, 0.45-0.55 kg of vitamin C phosphate and 0.1-0.2 kg of vitamin B. A use method of the preparation comprises the following steps of (1) adding the compound preparation to raw materials of flounder baits with balanced nutrients according to a proportion of 1:1,000, mixing uniformly and making the mixture into a particle bait by using a conventional preparation method for the particle baits; and (2) feeding the flounder with the compound preparation bait for a cycle (7 days) every other 10 or 14 days in a feeding production process, daily feeding amount being identical with a normal bait, until the flounder is bred into commercial fish and taken out from a pool.
