Problems solved by technology

However, the existing method for preparing the frit requires quantitative and accurate weighing of the sample and the flux. The weighing process is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also easily introduces experimental errors due to inaccurate weighing, causing the actual dilution ratio of the frit to deviate from the standard. Dilution ratio, resulting in poor accuracy and precision of analytical results

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for obtaining X-ray fluorescence intensity under a standard dilution ratio and application of the method. The method for obtaining the X-ray fluorescence intensity under the standard dilution ratio comprises: step 1, preparing a glass fuse piece from a to-be tested sample, wherein the dilution ratio of the glass fuse piece is R; step 2, performing X-ray fluorescence intensity determination on the prepared glass fuse piece, so as to obtain the X-ray fluorescence intensity I of an element in the sample; and step 3, according to a formula and calculating to obtain the X-ray fluorescence intensity I0 under the standard dilution ratio R0. The method helps to convert the element fluorescence intensity under different dilution ratios into the fluorescence intensity at the standard dilution ratio, so that the method is no longer limited by quantitative sampling, the analysis efficiency is substantially improved, and result error caused by moisture absorption and other reasons of a sample during weighing is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an X-ray fluorescence analysis method, in particular to a method for obtaining X-ray fluorescence intensity at a standard dilution ratio in X-ray fluorescence analysis and its application. Background technique [0002] The X-ray fluorescence analysis method is a quantitative analysis method based on the functional relationship between the X-ray fluorescence intensity and the concentration of the measured element. The functional relationship between intensity and concentration is determined by using standard samples to establish a standard curve. [0003] Before the existing fusion method X-ray fluorescence analysis measures the X-ray fluorescence intensity of the sample, the sample must first be prepared into a glass frit, and the mass ratio of the flux in the sample glass frit to the burning base of the sample is called the dilution ratio, denoted as R 0 . When measuring the X-ray fluorescence intensity of the standard sampl...
