The method includes that the Schema rule defining unit defines a checking and mapping Schema from XML to MIB; the XML semantic parsing unit defines mapping rules from XML elements to MIB elements, pares XML files passing syntax checking and completes mapping from the XML elements to the MIB elements; the MIB file generating unit generates MIB files according to a generating method of specific elements.
