Abstract

The invention discloses a natural, degradable and disposable tableware with low cost and a manufacture method thereof. For solving the problems that the disposable tableware has the disadvantages of difficult degradation and environmental pollution; the paper-based or starch fiber tableware has the insufficiencies of high cost, poor waterproofness and difficult popularization, the invention provides the natural, degradable and disposable tableware, the manufacture method comprises the following steps: mixing the solid raw materials of 60 parts of stone flour, 16 parts of kaolin, 10 parts of sweet potato powder, 10 parts of machilus pauhoi powder, 4 parts of sodium alginate and 30-40 parts of water, crushing to more than 400 meshes, adding in water, uniformly stirring, immersing for 5 hours at normal temperature, primarily grounding with eight kilograms at 170 DEG C, and then secondarily grounding with 160 tons of pressure at 170 DEG C. The method is used for manufacturing the disposable tableware, which employs natural and degradable raw materials, so that the tableware can be recovered and used as a feed, a fertilizer and a papermaking raw material, and has natural fragrance as well as the effects of antisepsis and anti-inflammation, cost is reduced by more than 30% which is lower than that of the current disposable tableware such as plastic tableware and paper-based tableware, the tableware has the advantages of high strength, good fineness and good waterproof, and can maintaining for more than 3 hours while filling with soup.
