The drum drive motor (19) adjusts the speed of the yarn (20) coming out of the yarn pool (18). The control unit (25) adjusts the speed of the yarn (20) by the drum drive motor (19) within a predetermined adjustment range, thereby performing pooled amount control for controlling the aforementioned pooled amount.
