The water storage grooves are provided with water inlets communicated with the water outlet through pipelines. An air inlet formed in the outer portion of the water storage barrel is formed in one end of the check valve, an air outlet formed in the water storage barrel is formed in the other end of the check valve, and the air outlet is located in the position flush with the liquid level of the water storage grooves in height.
