The cooling device comprises a radiating base which is characterized in that an inhaling cylinder (1) is connected to the notebook computer radiating base, a turbofan (2) is connected at the air inlet of the inhaling cylinder (1), the air outlet of the inhaling cylinder (1) is connected with a cooling air bellow (4) through a hose, and a cooling tube (5) is arranged in the cooling air bellow (4); an air outlet nozzle of the cooling air bellow (4) is connected with an air inlet nozzle in the bottom of an air outlet hopper (6); the water inlet of the cooling tube (5) is connected with the outlet of a liquid pump (8) through a pipeline, and the water inlet of the cooling tube (5) is communicated with a liquid storage box (9) through a pipeline; and the liquid pump (8) is arranged in the liquid storage box (9). With the adoption of the technology, the temperature of a notebook computer is decreased to a great extent, and the scale of drop in temperature in summer can be controlled at about 10 DEG C.
