Abstract

The invention aims at providing a method used for transmitting data in equipment-to-equipment communication and equipment thereof. Receiving equipment receives transmission data sent by corresponding sending equipment. The transmission data comprises data identification information identifying whether the transmission data is new transmission data. According to the data identification information, the new transmission data and retransmission data are determined. Redundancy version information of the retransmission data is determined. According to the redundancy version information, combined decoding is performed on the new transmission data and the retransmission data so as to acquire the decoded new transmission data. Compared to the prior art, by using the method and the equipment of the invention, through adding the data identification information identifying whether the transmission data is the new data in the transmission data, a receiving equipment terminal is easy to determine whether the received data is the new data; and according to a scheduling control signaling comprising timing correlation information, the redundancy version information of the retransmission data is determined.
