The hairstyling composition contains: particles (component A) selected from the group consisting of silica, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, hydroxyapatite, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, calcium silicate, magnesium silicate, aluminum silicate, and magnesium hydroxide; a clay mineral (component B); and a polysaccharide compound (component C). The hairstyling composition has 0.1-10 mass% inclusive of component A content, and has a mass ratio of component B content and component C content of 2:1 to 10:1.
