Abstract

The invention discloses a recombinant protein for diagnosing coenurosis cerebralis of sheep. The amino acid sequence of the recombinant protein is represented by SEQ ID No.1, the gene sequence of the recombinant protein is represented by SEQ ID No.2, and the preservation number of the recombinant protein is M2015388. The invention also discloses an upstream primer and a downstream used for synthesizing the recombinant protein and respectively represented by SEQ ID No.3 and SEQ ID No.4, and a preparation method for synthesizing the recombinant protein.
