The device for preventing snow from being accumulated comprises two executing mechanisms, wherein each executing mechanism comprises a flow guiding plate, mounting bases, pin shafts, double-acting air cylinders, flow guiding plate pin shafts and flow guiding plate bases; one side facing to a bogie, of each flow guiding plate, is connected with the corresponding double-acting air cylinder, and the other side of the flow guiding plate is connected with a chassis of the train; one end of each double-acting air cylinder is connected with a train body, and the other end of each double-acting air cylinder is connected to the corresponding flow guiding plate. Vehicle-mounted high pressure air is adopted as control power, and the double-acting air cylinders are controlled by double-acting electromagnetic valves. The flow guiding plates can deform as needed. When the train runs forwards, the flow guiding plate in front of the bogie is unfolded, and the rear flow guiding plate is folded, so that the bottom air flow does not pass through the bogie region.
