The fingerprint identification module comprises a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer and a transparent insulated layer, wherein the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer are arranged oppositely; the transparent insulated layer is located between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; the first electrode layer comprises multiple first electrode wires at intervals; the second electrode layer comprises multiple second electrode wires at intervals; the first electrode wires and the second electrode wires are arranged in a crossing mode; the first electrode layer is made of a transparent conductive material; and the second electrode layer is a wire grating polarizer.
