Abstract

The device comprises a box body, an insulating layer, a box door, a metering unit, a shielding cover, a heat dissipation fan, a junction box, a display screen and a separation plate. A front end of the box body is provided with the box door. An inner surface of the box body is provided with the insulating layer. The separation plate is transversely arranged at a middle position of the box body. An internal portion of the box body is provided with the metering unit which is located above the separation plate. An external portion of the metering unit is provided with the shielding cover. The heat dissipation fan is arranged on a left-side upper portion of the box body. The junction box is arranged below the separation plate. Through arranging the metering unit, the shielding cover, the insulating layer and the junction box, a stray current in a line can be cut off, static shielding is provided for a metering single chip microcomputer and direct discharge interference generated by an electrostatic charged body to an instrument can be avoided. An anti-interference capability of the metering single chip microcomputer is increased and static electricity is not generated in the box so that an anti-static and anti-electromagnetic-interference capability of the metering device is improved.
