Abstract

The invention relates to tobacco-waste-water processing technology, which comprises grating filtering, mixing and adjustment, agent addition, pressure dissolved-air floatation deslagging, MBR processing, and sterilization. Reclaimed water obtained from MBR processing can be subjected to corresponding treatment according to requirements for being sent to a boiler water supply system, reuse or discharge. The tobacco-waste-water processing technology is designed according to characteristics of pollutants in tobacco waste water. Through the processing technology, the pollutants in the tobacco waste water can be effectively removed and degraded. The reclaimed water obtained from MBR processing is subjected to simple process and can meet requirements of boiler water. A boiler water processing system is greatly simplified, and the tobacco waste water is easily treated to be qualified boiler water. The processing technology has high waste water processing efficiency and automation degree, and is particularly suitable for waste water treatment of a tobacco enterprise.
