A water sealing plate (9) capable of moving up and down relative to the water outlet surface cover (10) is disposed in the accommodating cavity (12) above the water outlet surface cover. A soft rubber plate (11) is disposed between the water sealing plate (9) and the water outlet surface cover (10). A water pressure cavity (9-4) is formed between the water sealing plate (9) and the water outlet surface cover (10), and is provided with a water inlet hole (9-9) and a water overflowing hole (9-8), and the water inlet hole (9-9) is connected to a water inlet assembly.
