The air filter comprises an insulation shell, an insulation plate with an air duct, an inner insulation tube, a dust collection bin and an air suction fan. One end of the inner insulation tube is fixed to one side of the insulation plate and arranged in the insulation shell in a suspended and sleeved mode. Two pole plates of a capacitor are arranged on the insulation shell and the inner insulation tube respectively. The capacitor is connected with the negative charge output end of the negative charge generator and used for exporting received negative charges to a negative charge gathering bin defined by the inner insulation tube, the insulation plate and the insulation shell.
