Problems solved by technology

LPS-induced acute lung injury (acutelunginjury, ALI) is one of the earliest complications with the highest morbidity after severe trauma or infection. At present, the mortality rate caused by lung injury is still high in the world, but there is still no feasible and effective treatment. In order to seek a better treatment method, many scholars have studied the protective effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine monomers on acute lung injury caused by endotoxin from the perspective of the anti-inflammatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the anti-inflammatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine has been proved clinically, and the research on the mechanism of anti-inflammatory action of traditional Chinese medicine has also made some progress, but it is still in its infancy and has great development prospects.

Embodiment Construction

[0018] Application of Morus Alba Fatty Oil Fraction in the Preparation of Medicines for Acute Lung Injury. The Morus alba fatty oil is obtained by passing the precisely weighed Morus alba powder dried to constant weight through a 60-80 mesh sieve and placing it in a filter paper cylinder, placing the filter paper cylinder in a Soxhlet extractor, and then adding Morus alba 8-12 times the weight of skin powder, reflux extraction at a temperature of 60-90°C for 5-7 hours; cool the extract to room temperature, filter and collect the filtrate, and place the collected filtrate in a dry place until constant In a heavy evaporating dish, evaporate the solvent in a water bath, dry at 100°C for 1 hour, transfer to a desiccator, and cool for 30-40 minutes to obtain Morus alba fatty oil.

Abstract

The invention discloses application of white mulberry root bark fatty oil components to preparation of a drug for treating acute lung injuries. According to the application, research on the effect of the white mulberry root bark fatty oil components on the acute lung injuries of a lipopolysaccharide induced mouse finds that the white mulberry root bark fatty oil components can lower the lung wet weight / dry weight specific value, has the effect of alleviating pulmonary edema and can remarkably reduce the content of proinflammatory factors such as TNF-alpha, IL-1beta and IL-6, it is shown under a light microscope that the white mulberry root bark fatty oil components can relieve all lung tissue pathological changes, and the lung tissue structure tends to be normal. It is indicated that the white mulberry root bark fatty oil components can alleviate pathological injuries by reducing the edema degree of LPS-caused ALI, lower the content of the proinflammatory factors such as TNF-alpha, IL-1beta and IL-6 and achieve a protection effect on LPS-caused ALI, and the mechanism of the components is worthy of further studying.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of pharmacy, in particular to the application of a Morus Alba fatty oil component in the preparation of acute lung injury medicine. Background technique [0002] Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is the main component of endotoxin, which can cause acute lung injury by inducing excessive inflammatory response and systemic immune response after entering the body.
