The transfer lattice can be generated without a 'mask plate' or 'slot hole'. The process is simplified, and the cost is reduced. The maximum pixel of the display is 2400PPI. Manufacture of a large-size display is no longer limited by the size of an evaporating dish (VTE) or a reaction chamber (OVPD).

Evaporation residue tester

The invention provides an evaporation residue tester. An external hot-air conveying device is used for heating to evaporate test sample liquid in a detection box, namely heating the test sample liquid in a sealed space; evaporating dishes move up and down or left and right along with a rotary shaft and a lead screw under the driving of a motor to be butted with evaporating covers or are arranged on a pallet on a weighing balance for weighing; each evaporating cover is provided with a liquid feeding pipe for feeding samples, a gas feeding pipe for accelerating evaporation of inputted nitrogen and a gas discharging pipe for collecting waste gas; finally, residues obtained from evaporation are put on the pallet for weighing; the whole detection process is automatic without artificial participation. High frequency heating apparatus

Cleaning according to an evaporating dish cleaning mode or heating chamber cleaning mode is implemented based on a signal inputted by the control part.
