The method is characterized in that ultrasonic probes are arranged inside rollers and located in a position close to the melt conveying side of the cast-rolling area; and the ultrasonic probes are arranged inside both an upper roller and a lower roller. According to the method, power ultrasonic probes are applied onto the inner walls of the annular rollers; an ultrasonic out-field is enabled to directly react on a position of a cast-rolling solidification front; the effect for power ultrasound of refining and homogenizing the structure of the cast-rolling slab can be improved remarkably; the distribution uniformity of solutes is improved; the quality of slab casting metallurgy is improved; the core part of an original cast-roller is minished; the weight of the roller is reduced remarkably; the energy consumption of cast-rolling transmission can be reduced; and a water-cooling mode is replaced with an air-cooling mode, so that a risk that a magnesium liquid explodes when meeting water due to fracturing of a sleeve of a roller is completely avoided, and the safety of industrial production is improved.
