[0023] refer to figure 1 , is the embodiment of the production equipment 100 of graphene of the present invention, and the production equipment 100 of this graphene combines electrochemical exfoliation (electrochemical exfoliation) mechanism and mechanical exfoliation (mechanical exfoliation) mechanism, graphite powder, graphite block, graphite oxide (graphiteoxide) Graphene raw materials 101 (indicated by rectangular squares) such as graphene oxide (graphene oxide) are processed into graphene 102 (indicated by thick black line segments in the figure).

[0024] In this embodiment, the graphene manufacturing equipment 100 includes a tank body 1 , a porous container 2 , a stirring device 3 , an electrode structure 4 and a power supply device 5 .

[0025] The tank body 1 is made of an acid, alkali and organic resistant material, and contains an electrolyte solution 11 therein. In this embodiment, the electrolyte solution 11 is specifically a solution containing sulfuric componen...

[0037] refer to figure 1 , figure 2 , the second embodiment of the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described below. As mentioned above, in this embodiment, the stirring mechanism 32 is at a high potential and the electrode structure 4 is at a low potential. Therefore, in step S02 of the present embodiment, the agitating mechanism 32 is the anode of the electrochemical reaction, and the anions (such as sulfate ions) in the electrolytic solution 11 will move toward the agitating mechanism 32, so that the graphite raw material in the porous container 2 Step 101 is to perform intercalation processing. In step S03 , the effect of mechanical peeling is also achieved by increasing the rotation speed of the stirring mechanism 32 . Therefore, although the electrical properties of the stirring mechanism 32 and the electrode structure 4 in this embodiment are opposite to those of the first embodiment, the graphene 102 can also be fabricated.

Abstract

An apparatus for producing a graphene material includes a tank, a container, an agitating module, a second electrode disposed in the tank, and a power supply module. The tank is used for receiving an electrolyte solution. The container is placed in the tank, is used for receiving a graphite material, and is formed with a plurality of through holes for the electrolyte solution to pass therethrough. The agitating module includes a control unit and an agitating unit controlled by the control unit. The agitating unit is electrically conductive and is inserted into the container for agitating the electrolyte solution and the graphite material. The electrode structure is electrically conductive and is spaced apart from the agitating unit of the agitating module. The power supply module is electrically connected to the agitating unit and the second electrode for supplying electric power to the agitating unit and the second electrode to generate an electrical potential difference between the agitating unit and the second electrode. The graphene material is produced through electrochemical exfoliation and mechanical exfoliation. The graphene material with high quality and high yield can be effectively manufactured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a graphene manufacturing equipment and a manufacturing method, in particular to a graphene manufacturing equipment and a manufacturing method with a high yield. Background technique [0002] Graphene is a graphite material with only a single layer or several layers of carbon atomic layers. It has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and light transmission, and has good mechanical strength in the x-y plane. It is currently the most attention-grabbing material. One of the nanoscale materials. [0003] The existing graphene production methods can be roughly divided into two types: solid phase method and liquid phase method. Among the liquid phase methods, the more common ones are chemical exfoliation, graphite oxide chemical exfoliation and electrochemical exfoliation. Among them, the electrochemical exfoliation method is to place the graphite raw material in the electrolyte solution with positive and negative ions...
