The invention discloses an unattended BIOS (Basic Input / output System) configuration method which comprises the following steps: setting configuration information required by a BIOS in a BMC (Block Multiplexer Channel) by a user; supplying a virtual interface for the user to configure the BIOS by the BMC, and storing the configuration information in an EEROM (Electrically Erasable Read-Only Memory); and storing the BIOS configuration information in the EEROM. Compared with the prior art, the unattended BIOS configuration method provided by the invention has the advantages that when BIOS configuration is performed according to the method, the alteration for some configurations is performed by setting BIOS related items in a WEB interface of the BMC in advance by the user under the condition of not losing original configuration information of the BIOS, the manual configuration after startup self-checking / BIOS upgrading is not required, the BIOS can finish self-setting after startup according to the setting in the BMC, and the original configuration information is not lost if the alteration for configuration information and the resetting of the BIOS are not required.
