The blood taking needle comprises a needle head, a needle handle and a sleeve. The assembly method of the butterfly wing type blood taking needle comprises the steps of inserting the needle handle into a locating hole of a carrier carried by the rotary disc to locate the needle handle through adopting the needle handle mounting station; inserting the needle head into the needle handle located on the carrier through the needle insertion station; adjusting the angle of the needle head inserted into the needle handle through utilizing the angle detection station, so as to ensure that an included angle between a detection surface on the needle head inserted into the needle handle and a reference surface on the needle handle meets the design requirement; and mounting the sleeve on the needle handle of which the needle head angle is adjusted through utilizing the sleeve mounting station.
