The invention discloses a quality production video monitoring system comprising an industrial computer host, a display screen, a server, a barcode printing device and a monitoring terminal, wherein the monitoring terminal comprises a product RFID chip card, a RFID card reader-writer, a high-definition camera, a scanning gun and a staff RFID chip card, the product RFID chip card and the staff RFID chip card are read by the RFID card reader-writer, a product barcode is scanned by the scanning gun, and the product RFID chip card and product barcode information are bound with each other to record product information on a corresponding station tooling board; when the RFID card reader-writer reads the product RFID chip card, the high-definition camera is started to perform video recording; and the recorded product information and staff information are edited with a monitoring video so as to check real-time videos of stations in a video monitoring client query system to monitor the working states of staff and monitor whether operations are standard, thereby facilitating subsequent tracing of quality and production process.
